The LTM4658IV is a complete 10A step-down switch-mode µModule (miniature module) regulator in a small 4mm × 4mm × 4.32mm BGA package. The package contains the switching controller, power MOSFET, inductor and all supporting components. Operating over an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, the LTM4658IV supports an output voltage range of 0.5V to VIN set by an external resistor. Its high efficiency design can provide 10A continuous output current. Only ceramic input and output capacitors are required.
