The IN5664TA-S01D-F001 is a four-channel, single-ended input, linear transimpedance/variable gain amplifier for 400G optical receivers (TIA/VGA).The IN5664TA-S01D-F001 features an automatic gain mode. It adjusts the single-ended input transimpedance and provides output voltage in AGC mode. It supports a very wide input optical power range. It has very low input reference noise current density and provides linear amplification. An RSSI function is provided for monitoring and reporting the average optical input power.

The IN5664TA-S01D-F001 is powered by a +3.3 V single supply and is supplied as a bare die.
