The REF3020AIDBZR is a family of precision, low power, low dropout voltage references in a miniature 3-pin SOT-23 package.The REF3020AIDBZR offers excellent temperature drift and initial accuracy with a quiescent current of 42µA (typical). 

The REF3020AIDBZR offers low power consumption and relatively high accuracy, making it ideal for loop-powered industrial applications such as pressure and temperature transmitter applications. to +125°C. 

Under zero load conditions, the REF3020AIDBZR is powered from a supply within the 1mV output voltage range. Engineers can take full advantage of the low dropout voltage, small size and low power consumption of the REF30xx family of devices in portable and battery powered applications.
