The CM225DX-24S1 is A 1200 V 225 A 2 unit IGBT module that meets the requirements of low loss and miniaturization of industrial equipment. Compared to the traditional S-Series (sixth generation IGBT), the T/T1 series has lower power losses and is smaller in size. In addition, the NX and LV100 models have been added to the standard (std) models in the traditional shape.

The addition of built-in three-phase converters, inverters and brake circuits (CIBs) to the product lineup helps simplify the design of industrial equipment.

The overall size is approximately 36% smaller than traditional products, contributing to the miniaturization of industrial equipment (CIB).

The 7th generation IGBT with the CSTBT™※1 structure and the diode with the RFC※2 structure reduce power loss and help reduce the power consumption of industrial equipment.

The new structure reduces the welding part and improves the reliability of industrial equipment by extending the thermal cycle life.

The crimping terminal and PC-TIM※3 simplify the assembly process of industrial equipment.
