The SCT10N120AG 1200V 12A Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs are packaged in HiP247 with excellent switching performance and an extremely low on-resistance RDS(on) performance metric per unit area, resulting in a more efficient and compact system. ST's 1200V SiC MOSFETs feature a high temperature rating of 200°C to improve the thermal design of power electronics systems. Applications include motor drivers, electric vehicle chargers, high voltage DC-DC converters, and switching power supplies.
