The FF450R08A03P2 IGBT module is a very compact half-bridge module suitable for use in hybrid and electric vehicle applications. The module implements EDT2 IGBT generation in an innovative small package designed for double-sided cooling (DSC) with excellent thermal performance. FF450R08A03P2 IGBT module features an on-chip current sensor, on-chip temperature sensor, low inductance design, 750V blocking voltage and low switching losses. The FF450R08A03P2 IGBT module is fully compliant with the AQG324 automotive class standard.
