Product Description

The TPS7B6733QPWPRQ1 devices (TPS7B67xx-Q1) are low dropout linear regulators designed for operation with input voltages of up to 40V VIN. With a quiescent current of only 15µA at light loads, these devices significantly extend the battery life of automotive batteries and can drive loads of up to 450mA.


The TPS7B6733QPWPRQ1 devices have integrated short-circuit and overcurrent protection. A reset delay and a power normal signal are performed at power-up to indicate that the output voltage is stable and within the regulated range. An external capacitor sets this delay. This enable function uses an MCU input/output (I/O) port to activate the device, as well as to disable the device.


The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
