Description:

The RX26T microcontroller family is a 5V-compatible product that enables field oriented control (FOC) dual motor control and power factor correction (PFC) control on a single chip. It is equipped with RX third generation CPU core "RXv3 core" operating at 120MHz, and achieves ultra-high computing performance through high-speed flash memory and trigonometric computing unit (TFUv2) which can achieve 120MHz read operation.

The R5F526TBCGFN device is a 32-bit microcontroller suitable for dual motor control and PFC control. It has 256KB of flash ROM and 64KB of RAM, and is in an LFQFP80 pin package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
