The R5F526TBCGFL is a 32-bit microcontroller for dual motor control and PFC control. It operates at 120MHz, has an RXv3 core, 256KB of flash ROM, 64KB of RAM, and comes in an LFQFP48 pin package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.

Description:

The RX26T microcontroller family is a 5V-compatible product that enables field oriented control (FOC) dual motor control and power factor correction (PFC) control on a single chip. It is equipped with RX third generation CPU core "RXv3 core" operating at 120MHz, and achieves ultra-high computing performance through high-speed flash memory and trigonometric computing unit (TFUv2) which can achieve 120MHz read operation.
