Overview:

R5F523E5LGBS: The RX23E-B series of microcontrollers features a built-in analogue front end (AFE) ideal for industrial sensor devices. The RX23E-B's 24-bit Delta Sigma analogue/digital converter offers improved high-speed performance and noise performance over the previous generation RX23E-A. The RX23E-B is designed for use in a wide range of applications, including industrial and commercial applications. The maximum data rate is 125kSPS, which is very fast for a Delta Sigma A/D converter, and 8 times faster than the RX23E-A.


Core performance: Equipped with the RXv2 core for DSP/FPU algorithms, enabling high-precision measurement, control and communication on a single chip.

Memory Configuration: With 128KB flash memory to meet the needs of complex applications.

A/D converter: Built-in 24-bit ΔΣ A/D converter with superior data rate and noise performance, the maximum data transfer rate is 125kSPS, which is 8 times faster than RX23E-A, and the RMS noise is reduced to about one-third of RX23E-A.

Extended functionality: Equipped with a 16-bit D/A converter and +/-10V analogue inputs in a TFBGA-100 package.
