The R5F526TBCDFL microcontroller is equipped with the RX third generation CPU core "RXv3 core" operating at 120MHz, and achieves ultra-high computing performance through high-speed flash memory and trigonometric computing unit (TFUv2) for 120MHz read operations.

The device has 256KB of flash ROM and 64KB of RAM, and is equipped with peripheral functions for multiple motor +PFC control.
