The R5F526TBBDND microcontroller operates at 120MHz, has an RXv3 core, 256KB of flash ROM, 64KB of RAM, and is equipped with peripheral functions for multiple motor +PFC control. The device operates in the temperature range -40°C to +85°C and is packaged in an HWQFN64 pin package.
