Product Description

The R5F526TBAGND is a 32-bit microcontroller for dual motor control and PFC control, operating at 120MHz, with an RXv3 core, flash ROM up to 256KB, RAM up to 64KB, and in an HWQFN64 pin package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.


The main features:

Excellent real-time performance: Equipped with the industry's highest level of computing performance RXv3 core and high-speed flash memory for 120MHz access

Support for 5V power supply: ensures high noise resistance and dynamic range of analog inputs

Realize 3 shunt mode sensorless vector control and PFC control of 2 motors: timer function supports 120MHz PWM (three-phase complementary 2ch+ single-phase complementary 2ch), analog function is equipped with 12-bit A/D converter of 3 units, 3 channels of 2 units simultaneously sampling and holding circuit

Contribute to the miniaturization/BOM reduction of customer circuit boards: equipped with high precision (±1% at -20 ~ 105℃) high-speed on-chip oscillator HOCO, data flash memory, programmable gain amplifier PGA, comparator, etc., provide small QFN package (HWQFN: 7x7mm)
