Product Description

The NAFE11348B40BSE is a highly configurable family of industrial-grade 8-channel general-purpose input analogue front-ends (AFEs) for high-precision measurement requirements. The device integrates a low leakage high-voltage fast multiplexer, low offset and low drift PGAs and buffers, a high-precision and high data rate 24-bit Δ-∑ ADC, and a low-drift voltage reference. The analogue high voltage (HV) input pins are internally diode protected to prevent EMC and wiring errors. The device is equipped with various diagnostic and power supply monitoring circuits for condition monitoring and anomaly detection. Two accurate calibration voltage sources are provided for end-to-end system self-calibration and predictive maintenance.

The NAFE11348B40BSE is dedicated to low-power applications, while the NAFE71388 supports high-speed data rates up to 576kSPS.
