Amphenol Connectors-U99-E104-200T CFP2, Input-Output Connectors

Amphenol's CFP2 series offers 104-bit, 0.6 mm pitch connectors designed for compatibility with 100Gb/s pluggable (CFP) multi-source protocols for Ethernet and other applications. It is intended for use in multi-Gb/s systems and consists of an insertion-molded assembly with top contacts and a press-fit cage assembly.The CFP2 is rated at 25 Gb/s per channel, features resonance suppression for improved signal integrity, and consumes 60 percent less power than the CFP. An optional jockey heatsink ensures proper heat dissipation. Compatible with IEEE and ITU-T applications, the CFP2 footprint meets the requirements of other industry suppliers.
