The MINI-MSDM250 is an Amphenol miniature manual service disconnect (Mini MSD) plug designed specifically for the high-voltage battery systems of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) and electric vehicles (EVs). This connector integrates a 250 A fast-acting fuse, featuring a two-stage lever unlock mechanism and an internal HVIL (High-Voltage Interlocking Circuit), enabling safe disconnection of high-voltage circuits under live conditions. It is specifically designed for new energy vehicles, energy storage cabinets, and high-voltage distribution units.
