The NAFE13144B40BSK is a highly configurable industrial-grade 4-channel universal input analog front end (AFE) for high precision measurement requirements. These devices are equipped with a variety of diagnostic and power supply monitoring circuits for condition monitoring and anomaly detection. To facilitate end-to-end system self-calibration and predictive maintenance, two precise calibration voltage sources are provided.
