The AD2432WCCPZY21-RL Automotive Audio Bus (A2B®) provides a multi-channel, I2S/ TDM link between two nodes up to 15 m apart. It imparts bidirectional synchronous pulse-coded modulation (PCM) data (for example, digital audio), clock, and synchronization signals onto a single unshielded twisted pair (UTP) differential cable. The A2B is a single-master and multi-slave node system, where the transceiver in the master controller is the master node. The master node generates clocks, synchronization, and framing for all slave nodes. The main A2B transceiver can be programmed via the control port (I2C/SPI) for configuration and read-back.
