The AD2435WCCPZY21-RL Automotive Audio Bus (A2B®) provides a multi-channel, I2S/ TDM link between two nodes up to 15 m apart. It imparts bidirectional synchronous pulse-coded modulation (PCM) data (for example, digital audio), clock, and synchronization signals onto a single unshielded twisted pair (UTP) differential cable. The A2B is a single-master and multi-slave node system, where the transceiver in the master controller is the master node. The master node generates clocks, synchronization, and framing for all slave nodes.
