The AIDK10S65C5ATMA1 device is a 650V 5th generation compact automotive diode based on thin wafer technology in PG-TO263-2 (D2Pak) pin package with forward current up to 10A. The CoolSiC™ Schottky diode features high surge current capability and benchmark switching behavior. Typical applications include traction inverters, boost/DC-DC converters, and on-board chargers/expected fault current (PFCS).
