The TMS320F2812ZAYAR is a C2000™ 32-bit MCU with high-performance CMOS technology, a 32-bit CPU, and a low-power core. The TMS320F2812 contains 128K x 16 embedded flash memory divided into four 8K x 16 sectors and six 16K x 16 sectors.
