The TMS320F2812PGFS is a C2000™ 32-bit MCU with high-performance CMOS technology, a 32-bit CPU, and a low-power core. The TMS320F2812 contains 128K x 16 embedded flash memory divided into four 8K x 16 sectors and six 16K x 16 sectors.

The device also contains a 1K x 16 OTP memory with an address range of 0x3D 7800-0x3D 7BFF. Users can erase, program, and validate flash sectors individually without making any changes to other sectors.
