The IDK10G120C5XTMA1 device is a 1200V CoolSiC Schottky barrier diode in a D2Pak package with forward currents up to 10A respectively. CoolSiC diodes are designed for use in solar inverters, UPS, 3P SMPS, and energy storage and motor drive applications. These diodes reduce forward voltage and temperature dependence, allowing new levels of system efficiency.
