The AD8617 is a dual micropower, rail-to-rail input and output amplifier with low supply current and low input voltage and current noise. The devices are fully capable of operating from a single supply of 1.8 V to 5 V, or from dual supplies of ±0.9 V and ±2.5 V. The combination of low noise, very low input bias current and low power consumption makes the AD8617 particularly useful in portable and loop-powered instruments.
The ability to achieve rail-to-rail swing at the inputs and outputs allows designers to buffer CMOS ADCs, DACs, ASICs and other wide-output swing devices in low-power, single-supply systems.
The AD8617 is available in 8-pin MSOP, 8-pin SOIC and 8-pin LFCSP packages. The AD8617W meets the requirements of automotive applications and is available in 8-lead MSOP and 8-lead SOIC packages.
