The AR2020CSSM13SMTA0-DP2 image sensor, part of the HyperLUX LP product family, is a 1/1.8-inch backlit (BSI) stacked CMOS with a 5120 x 3840 active pixel array. The sensor reads images captured in enhanced dynamic range (eDR) mode via a rolling shutter.

The AR2020 image sensor design and architecture are designed to achieve high performance and low power consumption. These image sensors are powered by 1.4μm BSI pixels with soft Light and NIR wavelength performance.
