ADS62PF49 is a dual channel feedback receiver IC with a sampling rate up to 250 MSPS. It allows a time limited high-resolution 14 bit output followed by a low resolution mode, with a minimum time of 8 times. It is compatible with ADS62P49 pin and ADS62C17 dual ADC.

Gain options are available to improve the SFDR performance input range at lower full scale. It includes a DC offset correction loop that can be used to cancel ADC offset. It includes internal references, while traditional reference pins and associated decoupling capacitors have been eliminated. The equipment is specified to exceed the industrial temperature range (– 40 ° C to 85 ° C).
