The ADL5960ACCZ is a wideband vector network analyzer front end that includes a resistance bidirectional bridge, down-conversion mixers, programmable IF amplifiers and filters, and a highly flexible local oscillator (LO) interface. The bridge provides >10 dB directivity at frequencies up to 17 GHz, and the bridge's main transmission line matches its wideband impedance to 50 Ω in the RFIN to RFOUT range, with a flat frequency response and a typical insertion loss of <2.5 dB.
