The ADMV4680ACDZ is a Ku-band, half-duplex beamforming chip. The chip includes a single-port network interface for sending and receiving, a four-way distributor for sending and receiving, and a T/R switch for separating the sending and receiving circuits. A central digital controller allows the gain and phase of each channel to be adjusted via a core chip. In a four-channel configuration, the core chip receive path combines four phase-adjusted signals into a common RF port.
