The QCC-743-1-MQFN40-TR-00-0 is a high-performance 1x1 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6/BT/15.4 integrated SoC. Powered by the Qualcomm QCC743 iot Connected LGA Module Combination (MQM743-1), it is designed to integrate processing power, Wi-Fi/BT/15.4 combined connectivity, and in-module memory into a 36-pin LGA form factor with flexible choice of pins, PCB, and U.F.L antenna. All the different antenna modules are pin-compatible, allowing easy interchange between modules. Its 1.27mm(0.05 in) pitch design enables seamless LGA pads to be converted into standard 1.27mm(0.05 in) joints to support a combination of field replaceable joint modules when needed.
Unlike other Wi-Fi/BT/15.4 combination modules on the market, MQM743-1 integrates a powerful 32-bit RISC-V processor, with FPU and DSP running at speeds up to 325MHz, 484KB of on-chip SRAM and 128KB of ROM. Its integrated design and capabilities help reduce costs and enhance performance, making it an attractive choice for iot edge devices that require a single-chip solution.
