The ESP32-C6FH4 is Espressif's first Wi-Fi 6-enabled SoC, integrating the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5 (LE), and 802.15.4 protocols. It can provide industry-leading RF performance, complete security mechanism and rich memory resources for iot products. It features a high-performance RISC-V 32-bit processor with a clock rate of up to 160 MHz, and a low-power RISC-V 32-bit processor with a clock rate of up to 20 MHz, built-in 512 KB SRAM, 320 KB ROM, and support for external flash.

The ESP32-C6 has 30 (QFN40) or 22 (QFN32) programmable GPIO pins that support SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, RMT, TWAI, PWM, motor control PWM, and SDIO. It also integrates a 12-bit ADC and a temperature sensor.

Complete security mechanism: ESP32-C6 supports secure startup based on RSA-3072 algorithm, flash encryption based on AES-128/256-XTS algorithm, digital signature and HMAC module for protecting device identity security, and encryption accelerator for improving performance.

Mature software support: ESP32-C6 follows Lexin's mature Internet of Things development framework ESP-IDF. ESP-IDF includes a wealth of SDKS and tools that have successfully enabled hundreds of millions of iot devices and have gone through rigorous testing and release cycles.
