The STM32U0 device is an ultra-low-power microcontroller based on a high-performance Arm Cortex-M0 + 32-bit RISC core, operating at frequencies up to 56 MHz. These devices are embedded in high-speed memory (up to 256Kb of flash memory and 40Kb of SRAM, with hardware parity). Numerous enhanced I/o and peripherals connected to the APB and AHB buses, as well as a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
