The CY8C4147AZQ-T455 microcontroller is a member of the PSOC™ 4100T Plus MCU series launched by Infineon, equipped with Multi-Sense technology, integrating the fifth-generation CAPSENSE™, inductive sensing and AI/ ML-driven liquid level sensing. It adopts an Arm ® Cortex ® -M0+ CPU with a main frequency of 48MHz, and is equipped with 128K flash memory and 16K SRAM.
