The R9A06G061GNP is a narrowband power line communication modem IC consisting of an analog front end (AFE), DSP and MCU. The high-performance DSP performs OFDM modulated and de-modulated signal processing (physical layer), while the MCU handles protocol conversion to and from the host interface. R9A06G061 can achieve high speed and stable remote communication in P2P (point-to-point) network. In particular, the R9A06G061 improves the DC drive capability, thus expanding its range of use in DC power system applications.
