The RTL8715AH-VA1-CG is a highly integrated single chip with a low-power mechanism, fast system startup, advanced trust zone, and secure startup system security, making it ideal for small secure Wi-Fi network camera and battery-powered camera applications. It integrates the ARM®v8-M MCU (300MHz and 2.23DMIPS /MHz), wireless MAC/ baseband, WLAN RF with 1T1R support, audio codec, PMU (power management unit), ISP and H.264 encoder in a single chip. It offers useful high-speed connectivity interfaces such as USB 2.0 hosts, USB 2.0 devices, SDMMC HS, SDIO devices, MII/RMII interfaces, as well as several configurable GPIOs that can be configured for different applications and control purposes.

The RTL8715AX integrates internal memory for full Wi-Fi protocol functionality. The embedded memory configuration also allows for simple application development.
