The IPF015N10N5 is Infineon's OptiMOS™ 5 power MOSFET, 1.5 mOhm, 100 V in an industry standard D²PAK 7-pin package.The OptiMOS™ 5 power MOSFET is available in a D²PAK 7-pin package, and is targeted at light-duty electric vehicles and battery management systems.
