The STM32L4R9VIT6 devices are a family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers (STM32L4+ family) based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core. They operate at frequencies up to 120 MHz.

The STM32L4+ family breaks through the limits of processing power in ultra-low power applications by offering 150 DMIPS/409 CoreMark performance. The microcontrollers implement more advanced consumer, medical and industrial low power applications and devices from internal flash memory and through embedded 640K bytes of SRAM execution.
