The AFE7700IABJ device is a high-performance, multi-channel transceiver that integrates four direct upconversion transmitter chains, four direct downconversion receiver chains, and two wideband RF sample digitisation auxiliary chains (feedback paths). The high dynamic range of the transmitter and receiver chains enables high-performance wireless transceiver systems.

The AFE7700IABJ's low power dissipation and large-scale channel integration features enable the device to overcome the power and size limitations of multi-antenna and phased array systems. A wide bandwidth and high dynamic range feedback path enables digital pre-distortion (DPD) for power amplifiers and IQ correction in the transmitter chain. The high speed of the serialiser/deserialiser reduces the number of channels required for incoming and outgoing data.
