The AFE20408RHBT is a highly integrated power amplifier (PA) monitoring and control device capable of monitoring temperature, current and voltage.
The AFE20408 bias controller is based on about eight digital-to-analog converters (Dacs) with programmable output ranges. Eight gate biased outputs open and close with dedicated control pins. The gate bias switch is designed for fast response and supports correct power timing control and protection against depletion type transistors such as GaAs and gallium nitride.
