The MAX32651 ultra-low power microcontroller is designed for high performance battery-powered applications. The device is based on Arm® Cortex-M4 and comes with a floating-point computing unit (FPU), 3MB flash memory, and 1MB SRAM. Supports memory expansion with multiple memory expansion interfaces, including HyperBus™/Xccela™ DDR interfaces and two SPI Executive (SPIX) interfaces. The secure digital interface supports external high-speed memory cards, including SD, SDIO, MMC, SDHC and microSD™.
