The R5F513T5ADFL#30 RX13T 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) is optimized for single motor control applications. The MCU is equipped with an RX series RXv1 core (operating at 32MHz), a floating-point unit (FPU), an inverter control timer and a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), enabling efficient inverter control of brushless DC motors through a single device. They are highly compatible with existing RX devices, making it easy to convert hardware and software from previous designs. RX13T MCU features programmable gain amplifier (PGA), comparator, data flash and high-speed on chip oscillator (HOCO) and other integrated features. These on-chip features help reduce the board area and BOM number used in the design.
