The F2255NLGK8 is a low insertion loss voltage variable RF attenuator (VVA) with a frequency range from 1 MHz to 3000 MHz. In addition to providing low insertion loss, the F2255 offers high linearity and low return loss performance over the entire frequency, voltage control, and attenuation range. The device uses a single positive supply voltage of 3.15 V to 5.25 V. Other features include a VMODE pin. Other features include a VMODE pin that allows positive or negative voltage control of slope and attenuation, and multi-directional operation where the RF input can be applied to either the RF1 or RF2 pin. The device has a wide control voltage range using either positive or negative control voltage slopes.
