The TGL2767-SM is a wideband voltage variable attenuator using the 0.15um GaAs pHEMT process (QPHT15) manufactured by Qorvo. The device operates at a frequency of 2-31 GHz, has a attenuation range greater than 20 dB, and has an insertion loss of less than 2 dB in the reference state.

The TGL2767-SM's broadband performance makes it a single solution for multiple radar and communications bands, as well as electronic warfare, instrumentation, and other general-purpose RF applications.
