The LAN9254 is a 3-port EtherCAT device controller (ESC) with two integrated Ethernet PHYs, each providing a full-duplex 100BASE-TX transceiver that supports 100 Mbps (100ba se-TX) operation. The LAN9254 supports HP Automatic MDIX, allowing the use of either direct-connected or cross-LAN cables. The device provides a cost-effective solution for system developers to implement EtherCAT device solutions.
