The Marvell® AQC114-B1-C device includes a high-performance, scalable mGig Ethernet MAC+PHY controller designed to support the following network rates: 10GBASE-T/5GBASET/ 2.5GBASE-T/1000BASET/100BASE-TX/10BASE-TE. When equipped with PCI Express Gen 4 x4, this series of scalable mGig Ethernet MAC+PHY controllers easily handles 10 GbE line-speed performance.

The AQC113/AQC114/AQC114CS/ AQC115C device family combines an mGig Ethernet MAC controller with a full-range, low-power, high-performance, multi-gigabit, single-port 4th generation Ethernet Alaska PHY transceiver into a single chip device. The device is designed using the latest 14nm multi-gate FinFET process technology.

Marvell's scalable mGig controller complies with the IEEE® 802.3an/bz standard and the NBASE-T™ Alliance PHY specification and performs all the physical layer functions required for transmission over 100 meters of twisted pair (TP) cable.
