The R7FA6E10F2CFM is a 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) product group using the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone support. Using a highly efficient 40nm process, the RA6E1 is the entry-level RA product family of microcontrollers, supported by an open and flexible ecosystem of flexible configuration software packages (FSPs). The RA6E1 is suited to the needs of entry-level IoT applications requiring simplified functionality and integrated connectivity, including Ethernet, and delivers unprecedented performance of 790.75 CoreMark (3.95 CoreMark/Mhz).
