The ADUC7023BCP6Z62IRL is a fully integrated 1 MSPS, 12-bit data acquisition system that integrates a high-performance multi-channel ADC, 16-bit / 32-bit MCU, and Flash/EE memory in a single chip.

The ADC has up to 12 single-ended inputs. There are also four ADC input channels that can be multiplexed with the output pins of the four Dacs. The ADC can operate in either single-ended mode or differential input mode, and the ADC input voltage range is 0 V to VREF. Low-drift bandgap reference voltage sources, temperature sensors, and voltage comparators complete the peripheral setup of the ADC.
