The QPC2110TR7 X-band SOI 6-bit phase shifter operates over the frequency range of 8 GHz to 11.5 GHz and provides 360° phase coverage with an LSB of 5.625°. It has a phase error of <3° RMS and an amplitude error of <0.4 dB in the operating band. These phase shifters provide excellent performance in X-band phased array and communications applications. The small, 2mm2 plastic, two-injection QFN package is easy to use and allows simple integration with isolation on two ports through bidirectional operation and positive-only control logic.
