The Blackfin processor from Adeno Semiconductor features a high-performance 16/32-bit embedded processor core with a 10-stage RISC MCU/DSP instruction pipeline, variable-length ISA for optimal code density, and an architecture that is fully compliant with the SIMD standard and includes instructions to accelerate video and multimedia processing.
