The M95P08-IXMCT/E are manufactured using ST's advanced proprietary NVM technology. They offer byte flexibility, page changeability, high page cycle performance and ultra-low power consumption (equivalent to EEPROM technology). The devices are 8-Mbit SPI page EEPROM devices divided into 2048 programmable pages of 512 bytes each, accessed via an SPI bus with high performance dual SPI and quad SPI outputs.
