The STM32WL33KBV6 is a high-performance, ultra-low-power wireless application processor for RF wireless applications in the sub-1 GHz band. It operates in the licence-free ISM and SRD bands of 433, 868 and 915 MHz. It features a single-core architecture with an embedded Arm® 32-bit Cortex®-M0+ CPU running at up to 64 MHz, and integrates high-speed, flexible memory types: up to 256 Kbytes of Flash, 32 Kbytes of RAM, and a 1 Kbyte one-time programmable (OTP) memory area.
